Have you ever just wanted to take your pokémon to the pokémon center? The pokémon center is such a great aspect of the game and in Tokyo you can visit! If you’re a fan of the games, the anime, or both then you will love this experience.
The store is in a huge mall that will of course be packed but it’s worth it to go. There are all sorts of things to buy and they make for great souvenirs. The store is very English speaker friendly as well between signs and even an English speaking employee or two. I was asked to answer a survey when i was leaving the store to rate my experience as well as the English-Friendliness of the store. That may be a temporary thing or something they do regularly so don’t be surprised if they ask you to fill out a short survey.
I have to talk about some of awesome products you’ll find. There are cookies with pikachu on them, stuffed animals of every kind, keychains, wallets, and so much more. If you’re a fan of surprise gifts there are plenty of things to get. Towards the checkout there are gashapon machines and you can also get a pokéball that has a random stuffed pokémon in it. So be sure to head to the Pokémon Center for a great experience and even better souvenirs.
There are also some great photo ops to be had in the store from a giant picture of Pikachu. There was also a huge statue of Lunala when i was there and well to be fair that pokémon is super cool. The moral of the story is you should definitely head to the Pokémon Center if you’re ever in Tokyo!
Sincerely Yours,
